Midlander makes plea deal

MIDLAND The former owner of a T-shirt shop in Midland pleaded guilty Wednesday in U.S. District Court to charges of trafficking counterfeit goods bearing University of Texas and Texas Tech University trademarks, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s office.
